You can even make your own programs to suit your particular needs. The magnetic resistance has 32 different levels!!! that will meet the needs of the absolute beginner to the most seasoned athlete.


Self Generating Power Supply

Forget about green house gasses with the Xtreme-iBike Spin Bike. It comes with it's own generator power supply. No power cables or messy wires are needed. Simply get on and start pedaling and in a second your creating the power needed for the various programs and computer display!


Heart Rate Training

The iBike offers fully integrated Heart Rate Training. Heart Rate Training is like a Personal Trainer pushing you every step of the way. Simply program in your desired heart rate (or a percentage of you maximum rate) - the iBike will then adjust the intensity according to your heart rate. This means that if you slacken off (your heart beat is not fast enough) the iBike will gradually increase the resistance until your heart beat is at the right level. Also, if you're going too hard (your heart beat is faster than you want it to be) the iBike will gradually decrease the resistance until your heart beat comes down to the level you want it to be.(Nb: This feature requires a transmitter belt which is sold seperately)
