Rachel at the Epping store VIC was very helpful and thorough in determining what type of product I required in order to meet my specific needs. Based on her advice I spent a little more than I bargained for and ended up purchasing a Schwinn 430 Cross trainer but I am extremely happy with the product. I found Rachel to be very customer focused demonstrating superior customer service skills. Delivery was extremely quick; the same day which exceeded my expectations and gave me no more excuses not to start exercising... I will definitely shop at Just Fitness again.

Purchased the Nature XT500 Crosstrainer about 4 months ago. We are very happy with the crosstrainer. We spent over an hour with the saleslady to find out which one we wanted. Delivery took an extra day than promised. Crosstrainer does what the saleslady said would. Thank you to the Hoppers Crossing store and saleslady.

I bought a cross trainer from Just Fitness Richmond store. The service was good and the salesman gave us plenty of info.
