*We deliver via courier to all area’s of Australia
*We don’t deliver outside Australia
*Our primary warehouse is based in Melbourne.
*The option to order online and pick up goods from Melbourne is available.
*The option to use your own courier for pick up is available.
 
Delivery Terms
*All delivery and shipping costs are included in the total of your shopping cart.
*Our online store provides an accurate estimate of the shipping costs based on your location.
*We will contact and advise you of any changes to the delivery costs before billing as we
   try to keep shipping costs to a minimum.
 
Delivery Times
*Orders are processed and despatched within 7 working days after placing your order,
  subject to stock availability.
  This means you can expect to receive your order within 7-14 days, subject to location
  and peak periods which could slow delivery.
*Pre orders for products not currently in stock will ship as stock is available.
*We will contact you if an item is not in stock.
