We ensure that all products are in good condition before despatching
Should a product be faulty or damaged, please contact us via phone or email asap.
Returns
*All returns must be approved by Just Fitness prior to returning the item.
*Any costs involved in returning faulty items to us is at the customers expense for shipping and packaging.
*Any returned products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals
and documentation.
*In many instances we can resolve the issue to do with repair or servicing via email or over the phone.
Refunds
*If any item is damaged or faulty, we will gladly assist to repair or resolve this issue.
We directly handle service and repairs for almost all our products.
*You are not entitled to refund if you change your mind, found the same item cheaper elsewhere,
chose the wrong item, damaged the product thru misuse or neglect.
*Just Fitness provides extended warranties for all our products. However you are entitled to implied
conditions as set out by law under the Fair Trading Act 1999 which gives you specific rights thru
Consumer Affairs Victoria.
*Just Fitness is always pleased to resolve any issue to satisfy the customer.
*Warranties for all products are shown on individual product specifications.
