Just called up for help with my treadmill that I didn't even buy from here. Richard was very helpful and friendly. I had a small issue once my stationary bike was assembled and dealt with Alex the following day. Within 90 minutes I had a new, assembled bike delivered and the original returned. The delivery guys were similarly awesome! Very happy withe the bike and the price. Highly recommended!
