Just called up for help with my treadmill that I didn't even buy from here. Alex gave me 10mins of his time laying out an action plan for me to get back up and running without having to buy anything from him. This sort of genuine care for other people even if they aren't his customers is a rare quality.
Richard was very helpful and friendly. I had a small issue once my stationary bike was assembled and dealt with Alex the following day. Within 90 minutes I had a new, assembled bike delivered and the original returned. The delivery guys were similarly awesome! Very happy withe the bike and the price. Highly recommended!

I brought Treadmill from Just Fitness Epping, the equipment has some issue but the staffs attended the issue very quick and replaced the machine, the new unit is working very well. very happy with the service and product.

Mandy was super helpful Gowing through all the bikes and describing different features. Insisted I try them to see which was most comfortable. Even helped me put the carton into the back of my car! Will definitely come back for more home fitness requirements!!!! 10/10 for service.
I’ve dealt with a few of the locations of Just Fitness but the Epping location is by far my fave. Mandy and the team do their best to make sure you’re happy. They always go above and beyond . Def recommend to purchase with them.
