Alex gave me 10mins of his time laying out an action plan for me to get back up and running without having to buy anything from him. This sort of genuine care for other people even if they aren't his customers is a rare quality.

Richard was very helpful and friendly. I had a small issue once my stationary bike was assembled and dealt with Alex the following day. Within 90 minutes I had a new, assembled bike delivered and the original returned. The delivery guys were similarly awesome! Very happy withe the bike and the price. Highly recommended!
